What Ticket options are available?

The Weekly Pass: unlimited access to The Hidden Garden for the duration of our Henley Regatta run, all day Tuesday – Sunday. The Weekly Pass also permits you to bring one guest with you per visit. The guest’s entry is complimentary and you may bring a different guest per visit.

General Admission Tickets: Tickets will grant individuals access to The Hidden Garden from open until close. You may come and go as you please until 6pm. After this point, if you leave the venue, you will not be permitted re-entry.

Sofas: Book a sofa for the day or evening, this is the ideal way to guarantee a seat and a place to party from. Perfect for 6 – 8 guests. Day sofas are available from 11:00 am – 18:00, and evening sofas are available from 18:30 – 23:00. You may book a sofa for both the day and evening.

Evening Terrace Sofas: New for 2024, there will now be sofas available to book in the evening that will be situated on our VIP terrace and includes a bottle of Champagne.

Saturday Brunch: New for 2024, enjoy a three-course brunch on our iconic terrace with a Champagne reception and live music. Please note, that tables fit 10 – 12 people, for single ticket bookings you may be sat with people you do not know. If you are booking on behalf of a group we encourage you to buy 10 or 12 tickets in one order to ensure you are sat together!

These will only be available from 18:30 – 23:00. Our terrace evening sofas sit 6 – 8 people comfortably and will be located on The Hidden Garden’s VIP terrace with its own bar, overlooking the main dancefloor area.

*Please note, General Admission Tickets must be purchased alongside ALL sofa bookings.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

You are welcome to buy tickets on the door, but please note that these will be more expensive than tickets purchased online. If the venue is at capacity or we sell out, there is also no guarantee you will be able to buy tickets on the day of the event.

No online promotional codes will be accepted on the door.

What is the dress code at The Hidden Garden?

The dress code is smart-casual – partywear is encouraged!

Dresses and skirts do not have to be worn below the knee – and ties and blazers are not required for entry.

Tailored shorts are allowed, as well as jumpsuits/trouser suits and callouts.

Smart/fashion trainers are allowed!

Entry will be refused if you are wearing jeans, caps or sportswear of any kind.

What time do you open and close?

Here is a full list of our timings, please note that timings may differ on the Tuesday and Sunday of Regatta. Please check before booking as timings can be subject to change, subscribe to our newsletter for more information.

11 am – The Hidden Garden opens
13.30 – First roaming band performs
18:30 – Second live music act performs
20:00 – DJ takes to the decks
*23:00 – The Hidden Garden closes on Tuesday and Wednesday
*00:00 – The Hidden Garden closes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

On Sunday we are open from 11 am until 5 pm.

For VIP Day Table guests, the timings are as follows:

11:00 – Champagne and canapé reception
12:30 – Seats for lunch, with inclusive beer and wine
13.00 – A sumptuous three-course lunch is served
13.30 – First roaming band performs
15.00 – Lunch ends
17.00 – Inclusive drinks end
17.30 – VIP lunch service ends. All guests are welcome to remain in The Hidden Garden
18.30 – Second live music act performs and VIP Evening Tables open on terrace
20.00 – DJ
*23:00 – The Hidden Garden closes on Tuesday and Wednesday
*00:00 – The Hidden Garden closes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday

How do I find The Hidden Garden at Henley Royal Regatta?

We’re a five-minute walk from Henley town centre. Walk past the Stewards Enclosure, turn onto the towpath and continue walking past Mahiki Bar: The Hidden Garden entrance is located just before the first small bridge.

We are located at Remenham Court Field, which is in front of Remenham Court (the large white house which overlooks the river!).

What’s Different for the Saturday?

The venue will be over 25s. A valid ID (driver’s licence, passport etc) must be provided for entry.

Are dogs & under 21s permitted into the venue?

The Hidden Garden is a 21 and above venue. We do not permit under-21s unless they are in a family group. We do not permit dogs within the venue.

Please note on Saturday we will be over 25’s only – this is subject to the discretion of door staff.

What’s included in my VIP Day Table booking?

Day VIP Tables are located on The Hidden Garden’s custom-built terrace, which overlooks the rest of the venue and benefits from its own bar and dedicated staff.

They are the perfect option if you are looking to entertain and impress guests and clients!

Guests can expect:

  • Generous 1.5 Hour champagne & canapé reception
  • A three-course lunch prepared by our chefs
  • Complimentary bar until 4 pm, with refreshments available throughout the day
  • Dedicated VIP bar & hostesses
  • Luxury toilets (voted best on the towpath!)
  • Secure private entrance
  • Stunning views of the river
  • Unrestricted access to entertainment and amenities within The Hidden Garden
  • Entertainment from our talented roaming bands
  • Access until close, with DJ performances into the evening
  • Dedicated on-site security

VIP Day Tables start at £570 pp*, sit 10 or 12 guests and are available from 11am until 5:30pm.

*Prices are based on our 2023 tables and are subject to change (please note all costs include VAT).

I wish to enquire about a more bespoke event, who should I contact?

Our unrivalled event expertise and knowledge of the local area can help you plan a truly incredible Henley Royal Regatta experience. The Hidden Garden can be exclusively hired on certain days during regatta. Please email bookings@findthehiddengarden.com with your preferred date, numbers and the occasion.

What happens if I can’t attend?

If you have bought a General Admission ticket but can no longer attend The Hidden Garden, you are welcome to gift or sell your ticket.

Please note, if you do so, the ticket will still be attributed to you, so the new owner of the ticket will need to mention your name on the door.

Travel information for drivers or those travelling by taxi

Travelling by car

  • There are two different options for car parking – Car Park B at the Temple Island Meadow Parking, or the car park by Henley Train Station.
  • Henley Train Station offers all-day parking for £6.
  • You can also book parking at Car Park B at the Temple Island Meadow Parking space here for £25.

Travelling by taxi

If you’re getting dropped off by a taxi, please have them drop you off at Leander Club and then head towards the river and walk down the towpath towards Temple Island until you reach The Hidden Garden.

The Royal Exchange

When does The Hidden Garden at The Royal Exchange open & close? 

We are open Tuesday to Fridays from 12pm.

We close at 11 pm on Tuesday & Wednesday, and at 12am on Thursdays & Fridays.

For private events, we are able to open on Mondays.

For corporate bookings, we can also open earlier (before 12 pm).

How do I attend/book?

The Hidden Garden at The Royal Exchange is walk-ins only, there is no pre-booking required!

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code but many people prefer to dress ‘smart-casual’.

How do I enquire about a private party or event?

Can I book a corporate event?

Yes, we cater for a range of corporate events such as breakfast meetings or seminars.

These start from £25 per head (minimum 30 people) and include a range of pastries and breakfast items, plus tea and coffee.
