It’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and offices and step into an oasis of calm and tranquility.
The Hidden Garden at The Royal Exchange is far more than just a stand-alone bar though – it’s set to be a captivating experience where the finest hospitality meets true elegance.

Proudly Serving You All Day & Evening.
The venue will be open all day (Monday to Friday), before gracefully transitioning into the evening so you can pop in for a mid-morning coffee or something a little stronger after work.
Soulful Sounds and Evening Elegance
Picture evenings filled with melodies of jazz and the rhythmic beats of DJs, creating an atmosphere that resonates with pure sophistication and charm.
Indulge at Our Lounge Bar
You can take a seat at the 8-metre-long bar, where skilled mixologists are ready to serve exquisite cocktails, refreshing bottled beers, chilled champagne and fine wines.
There will also be a delectable, bespoke cocktail bar menu and small plates menu available.
No Reservations Needed
At The Hidden Garden, spontaneity is embraced! You can simply turn up; no pre-booking is required. So, whether it’s an impromptu gathering with friends or a quiet evening to yourself, you’re always welcome.
Private Event Space
Hidden away from the crowds is the stunning private event space, which is available to hire. With it’s own personal bar, it has room for 50 individuals for formal dinners or 125 guests, if standing.
The space can also be decorated to your own requirements, in consultation with The Hidden Garden events team.
